The 1874 Down Under Model features a case hardened frame, patchbox, butt plate and lever. The forend has a Hartford style, pewter forend tip and has a hand oiled finished walnut stock. This model also features a one-piece tang, pre-drilled with 2-1/4" center to center holes for Creedmore sight placement; and front sight dovetailed 3/8" and adjustable for windage.
